What is The Melted Mallow?

The Melted Mallow is a gourmet confectionary brand specializing in handcrafted marshmallow crispy treats. Each treat is made with premium ingredients and styled with nostalgic charm, perfect for gifting, events, or indulging yourself.

 

What flavors do you offer?

Our Signature Six includes Classic, Cocoa, Fruity Pebble, Peanut Butter Cup, Cinnamon Sugar, and Cookies & Cream. Seasonal collections are also available throughout the year.

 

How big are the treats?

Each Mallow is oversized at 2.5" x 2.5" x 2" compared to a standard crispy treat — rich, gooey, and big enough to share (though you may not want to).


How are treats packaged?

Our mallows are packaged in a durable, clear, click-tight six-pack container designed to keep each treat secure and fresh. Each mallow is individually enclosed within the six-pack, making it easy to transport, gift, and enjoy. Our single-pack offerings use the same secure packaging for one individually packaged mallow.

 

What box sizes are available?

Treats are sold in increments of 6 online. You can order a 6-pack, 12-pack, 18-pack, or more. Choose from our Signature Six variety pack or order a 6-pack of a single flavor.

We also offer single packs, each including one individually packaged treat. Single packs are not available for online purchase and are offered as custom favors or bulk orders by inquiry. They are also available for purchase at select in-person South Florida food events. Can I build my own assortment?

At this time, we offer our Signature Six and single-flavor 6-packs. If you’d like a custom assortment not listed on our site, email jessica@meltedmallow.com and we’ll be happy to help.


Do you offer custom edible toppers?

Yes! We can print logos, photos, or designs on edible fondant toppers for just $2 per treat. Please note: custom toppers replace the standard toppings.

 

How do I upload my logo or photo for custom toppers?

Go to "Shop" and choose "Custom Orders." In the options, select "How many mallows would you like customized?" Once you choose a quantity, the File Upload button will automatically appear, upload your logo or photo there. 


 

Logo & Photo Upload Guidelines

For Custom Mallow Toppers

To ensure your custom mallows look as beautiful as they taste, please review the image guidelines before placing your order.

We recommend uploading a high-resolution image for the best print quality. Low-resolution images may appear pixelated once printed. CMYK color mode images produce the most accurate and vibrant printed results. Please upload your artwork in one of the following formats: PNG or JPG/JPEG. When selecting your image, be aware that our toppers are square. Images will be cropped as needed to best fit the shape of the mallow topper. While we do not alter or redesign uploaded artwork, we take care to present it as cleanly and beautifully as possible.

Do you ship your treats?

Yes! We ship across the U.S. All treats are packaged for freshness and style. All orders will ship through UPS 2- Day Air or UPS Ground, depending on your location and shipping selection at checkout for maximum freshness. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.


How long do Mallows stay fresh?

Our treats are best enjoyed within 5–7 days of delivery when stored in our airtight packaging at room temperature. To keep them longer they can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 6 months. 


Do you offer local pickup?

At The Melted Mallow, we handcraft our mallow treats fresh with premium ingredients and a touch of nostalgia, perfect for enjoying locally or across the country. While we don't currently offer local delivery in the South Florida area, we ship nationwide via UPS 2-Day Air or UPS Ground to ensure your treats arrive gooey and delicious. We're passionate about sharing our timeless creations with everyone—near or far!


Do you make gluten-free or allergen-friendly treats?

Our recipes may include ingredients like wheat, dairy, soy, or nuts. At this time, we do not offer certified allergen-free options. 


Can I order for events or corporate gifts?

Absolutely. The Melted Mallow treats make perfect party favors, client gifts, and event desserts. Reach out to jessica@meltedmallow.com to chat about bulk orders.

 

What is The Melted Mallow's return policy?

At The Melted Mallow, your happiness means everything to us. Each order is handcrafted and thoughtfully packaged to arrive looking just as beautiful as it tastes.

Once your order leaves our kitchen, it is in the hands of our shipping carrier. While we take great care in preparing every package, we are unable to offer refunds for shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, package refusal, or incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If something about your order isn't quite right, please reach out to us at jessica@meltedmallow.com within 24 hours of delivery with details and photos, and we'll do our best to make it right at our discretion.

For food safety and quality reasons, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering the freshest treats possible.

Order Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your order and haven’t received a shipping confirmation email yet, please email us at jessica@meltedmallow.com. We’ll happily cancel it for you and issue a full refund to your card on file.

Once your shipping confirmation email has been sent, we’re unable to cancel the order. At that point, your fresh mallow treats have already been handmade in our kitchen and prepared for shipment.
