Returns
At The Melted Mallow, your happiness means everything to us. Each order is handcrafted and thoughtfully packaged to arrive looking just as beautiful as it tastes.
Once your order leaves our kitchen, it is in the hands of our shipping carrier. While we take great care in preparing every package, we are unable to offer refunds for shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, package refusal, or incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If something about your order isn't quite right, please reach out to us at jessica@meltedmallow.com within 24 hours of delivery with details and photos, and we'll do our best to make it right at our discretion.
For food safety and quality reasons, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering the freshest treats possible.
Order Cancellations
If you’d like to cancel your order and haven’t received a shipping confirmation email yet, please email us at jessica@meltedmallow.com. We’ll happily cancel it for you and issue a full refund to your card on file.
Once your shipping confirmation email has been sent, we’re unable to cancel the order. At that point, your fresh mallow treats have already been handmade in our kitchen and prepared for shipment.
