Shipping policy

All Melted Mallow boxes are handmade fresh and shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure they arrive with that perfect gooey texture and timeless appeal. Our UPS 2-Day Air or UPS Ground shipping timelines may vary based on the day of the week or U.S. holidays (like Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc.), which can impact delivery times. During these holidays, expect potential delays—we appreciate your understanding, as they're beyond our control.

• All orders ship within 7 business days of placement. We don't ship Thursday through Sunday to avoid weekend delays and to keep your treats as fresh as possible.
• After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know we've got it. Once your treats are ready to go, we'll send a shipping confirmation with UPS tracking details.
• Your mallow treats aren't handmade until you get that shipping confirmation—it's our way of guaranteeing they reach you with premium ingredients and that nostalgic melt-in-your-mouth quality.
